Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

RK Digital (Operating as ZerixTech) allows cancellations under the following conditions:

  • Service cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service delivery.
  • Subscription-based services can be canceled anytime, but refunds will be subject to our refund policy.
  • Vendor payments and processed transactions cannot be canceled once completed.

Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only under specific conditions:

  • Service Issues: If a service is not delivered as promised, a refund request can be made within 7 days of the issue.
  • Duplicate Payments: In case of double transactions, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Non-Refundable Services: Customized IT services and vendor payments are non-refundable once processed.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
